1pt win Aramon @9/2, 13:50 Leopardstown, Sunday

Maiden winner Klassical Dream must show a lot at home for Ruby Walsh to pick him over ARAMON in this Grade 1 novices’ hurdle, but Paul Townend’s mount looked really good last time out.

Aramon is proven on good ground and at the track, two big pluses, so he’s got to have a huge chance if repeating the form of his 10l romp last time out where Triplicate was well beaten.

The favourite Vision D’honneur could be anything and, according to the man himself, is Gordon Elliott’s best chance of the day, so he has to be greatly respected but has to prove he’s improved past Klassical Dream and Entoucas, who both beat him earlier this season.

Entoucas is one of the money horses having been available at long odds earlier this week, and he certainly looks like he can mix it with the best of these too.

It’s a really good race that’s likely to throw up a new favourite for the Supreme Novices’ at Cheltenham Festival.
