Embittered is not the most solid of favourites given he is argubaly weighted to the hilt and has never won around Leopardstown. The claim of Rob James could make the difference, but I wouldn’t count on it.
A few come in to this in reasonable form, but it’s impossible not to be taken by the progress being made by FINAL ORDERS. The son of Camelot has looked a revelation over fences and despite his rise of 9lbs for an all the way victory last time out, there is every chance he can continue to make progress. He is versatile as regards the ground and the trip, but the fact he stays three miles, should help him set a good pace and stay up the hill on the finishing run.
Sil Ver Klass, Railway Hurricane and the underachieving The Folkes Tiara may all want a slightly longer distance so it’s the Gavin Cromwell inmate that gets the vote.
