Haut En Couleurs looks like an exciting prospect for Willie Mullins finishing third in the Triumph Hurdle on his first start for the Closuttin handler, but he still remains very inexperienced and we are yet to see him jump a fence which makes him opposable in this hot contest.
THEDEVILSCOACHMAN was a very good novice hurdler winning 3/5 starts and only coming undone in a Grade 1 behind Appreciate It and a Grade 2 behind Echoes In Rain. He showed plenty of promise on his first start behind Ferny Hollow, staying on over 2m 1f at Punchestown. That was arguably a career best and he is entitled to come on for that run here in a Beginners Chase as he looks like he could make-up into an even better chaser than hurdler.
