This looks like a race that could throw up a big-priced winner. I’m backing two horses that bolted up on their most recent starts.
CHINDIT did it very easily on debut. Last off the bridle, showing a good turn of foot and hitting the line hard, what’s not to like? He’s by Wooton Bassett who can sire a good one and at 9/1 looks a very live chance.
New Bay has hit the ground running as a first-season sire and his horses have progressed plenty from run to run. BOWLAND PARK followed that pattern by bolting up at Chepstow despite looking very green and unprofessional. If he can progress again he might make a mockery of his 33/1 quotes.
Stamina should be no issue for both and that’s a big plus for Ascot’s stiff seven.
