Corbetts Cross is a slightly dodgy fav here. He had race fitness on side against three who didn’t when winning at Fairyhouse, where he was a little keen and made some fiddly jumping errors. He was beaten fair and square by GRANGECLARE WEST on their chasing debuts and I don’t think the form is going to be reversed. Willie Mullins horses have stepped forward massively for a run and he can too. Flooring Porter is yesterday’s horse for me and I’ve never liked him on soft ground but FAVORI DE CHAMPDOU has a very similar profile to Grangeclare West and I can’t fault him. My play is to Dutch them both against the field at 7/2, which is effectively 2pts at 7/4.
