The Mares Chase isn’t one of my favourites and Dinoblue has been a long-time favourite for it, but I have some serious stamina doubts about her. She is clearly a classy horse over two miles, but the ground looks like it will be heavy I’m not sure she will see out the 2m 4f trip as well as LIMERICK LACE who is clearly a staying chaser on the upgrade.
Limerick Lace finished second behind Coko Beach in the Troytown before winning a Mares Listed Chase by a country mile earlier in the season. Gavin Cromwell has already had a nice winner for JP McManus this week and I fancy her to go in again for that combination.
