This revolves around MASTER TOMMYTUCKER getting a clean round as he has the engine of a 160s horse but is very error prone. With 9/1 available we have to have him on side off 157 given his last two starts have been so good. Trevor Hemmings has sold most his string because of Covid but it can’t be a coincidence those he has kept have been winning big races this season and lightning may strike for the third week in a row with CHAMPAGNE MYSTERY. Off 139, Henderson has deliberately kept him fresh for this and clearly thinks he has a chance here despite pulling up at the Festival. It was hard to make out from the camera angle what happened there but he got broadsided at a key part of the race and might have been unlucky. He’s been dropped 3lbs, is getting lumps of weight from the favourites and has a great chance of hitting the frame with six places offered each way at 16/1.
