3m Irish Mirror Novice Hurdle (Grade 1) (4yo+)
I was expecting TELMESOMETHINGGIRL to be a lot shorter than 13/2 for this after her really impressive Cheltenham Festival win. It’s surprising to see her over three miles but she hit the line incredibly strongly at Cheltenham and Rachael Blackmore had a hard time pulling her up, so you can see the logic. With the mares’ allowance against the boys she looks a very obvious bet. The favourite has stamina to prove as well and only won a handicap at Cheltenham, so he looks massively over-bet. I can honestly say I’d be keen on the selection at half the price, so she’s getting a big bet.
