I fancy FAVOUR AND FORTUNE to do the business here. He’s got classy novice hurdle form and many of the horses he was competitive with last season have kicked on again this season – Fun Fun Fun, Jango Baie and Mistergif have all made their mark in novice chases. He signed off last season with a good win in the Scottish Champion Hurdle off a mark just 2lb higher than this and that effectively proves he’s well handicapped if arriving in decent form. He was notably weak in the market on belated reappearance this season and this has surely been his long term target. 9/1 is a good price.
