Highly competitive with lots of potential winners but I do think the market has undervalued IBERICO LORD at 10/1. He’s been campaigned in decent novice races – falling when well fancied behind Rare Edition and Rubaud at Christmas – and won with a bit in hand last time out when only asked for max effort after the last to nail Beau Balko on the line. Only rated 120 for his handicap debut I think he can be better than that. He looks a strong stayer which is essential for Sandown’s stiff hurdle track.
