At his Group One winning best Mogul wins this, but he needs fast ground and has been woefully out of form this season. He’s said to take a fair few runs to get fully fit but I’m not sure why they would peak him for a Group Three with bigger prizes on offer later in the year. PASSION AND GLORY looks very unexposed and well up to this level after running away with a couple of handicaps after an injury hit career. Cut in the ground is no issue and he’s been well supported. He looks the obvious one to take the favourite on with, but I do think it’s between the two of them – coupling them pays about 6/4 and that seems pretty good value to me.
